ISO Success Manager (Hybrid)

About the role:
As an ISO Success Manager, you will be the member of The Independent Sales Organization (ISO) team responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small business owners across North America. The ISO team takes great pride in educating our merchants on the best lending options for their business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Enova’s long tail ISOs
- Provide Partner and Customer Support during the sales process by requesting the necessary documents to complete the loan application process
- Manage and track sales pipelines
- Input operational and underwriting cases and manage case process until completed
- Provide coverage for Account Managers by managing their partners requests and opportunities
- Provide Partner assistance through email, slack messaging and phone calls
- Educate Partners on updates to product and process
- Stay up to date with new products, features and policy launches and ensure sales process is in line with updates
- Learn to be an expert in the OnDeck Operations Sales Process, including loan operations, underwriting/risk, closing and fraud
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales support or operations
- Proven work experience as a sales support specialist, sales support associate, or in operations support
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
- Attention to detail is necessary, as well as being a people person with excellent interpersonal and business relationship skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Considerable interpersonal skills are mandatory, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to oversee and manage salesforce.com renewal forecast, helping the team manage all renewal opportunities appropriately
Compensation:
The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $24.00 to $35.00. Actual rate will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. This role qualifies for additional compensation through a performance-based incentive plan. The On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base rate plus target bonus performance at 100% attainment, is $67,000-$95,000 annually. Please note that incentive compensation is not guaranteed and is dependent on achieving defined performance metrics.All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
