About the Role

As a Product leader in the organization, you will drive the future experience and capabilities of our Pangea mobile apps. You will lead a talented team of product managers to define and manage our product roadmap, and bring innovative new initiatives to fruition, reporting directly to the SVP of Product.

You’re the right candidate if you’re a seasoned & outcome-oriented product leader who has built and scaled world-class consumer products. You are a huge customer advocate, an excellent communicator, an excellent people manager, and a detail-oriented executor.  You bring out the best in your teams and believe that decisions should be made through a combination of insights and data.

  • Lead and mentor a talented team of product managers
  • Guide the project & engineering teams bring ambitious new projects to executable pieces that can be brought to fruition
  • Synthesize customer feedback, market opportunities and competitor capabilities to develop our product roadmap
  • Define our product roadmap and be able to clearly articulate this to both senior leadership and our engineering teams
  • Provide ongoing visibility to the rest of the company regarding the long-term roadmap and short-term priorities
  • Efficiently collaborate with engineering and marketing leadership to ensure exemplary execution and cross-functional coordination to reach product adoption outcomes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • 12+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years managing product managers
  • At least 3 years of experience managing consumer facing products
  • A track record of discovering, building, and scaling consumer products that customers love
  • Experience directly owning KPIs and outcomes for the products you have built
  • Highly analytical with strong business acumen
  • Exemplary cross-functional verbal and written communication skills from influencing senior management to inspiring developers
  • Experience working with teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Experience in payment systems such as card payments, bank transfers, mobile wallets, and emerging payment technologies
