Opportunity Overview
As the Vice President of Product Management within Enlitic, you will lead a global effort to create a coherent, vibrant, Healthcare IT focused, AI ecosystem at Enlitic.
You will manage, develop, and implement product strategy for a comprehensive portfolio of healthcare solutions and advanced AI models. Since the position is central to the overall healthcare continuum of care efforts, you will partner closely with Data Science and Engineering teams across Enlitic. You will manage and grow an exceptional organization, collaborate with various stakeholders, and create and deliver a unified vision for Enlitic. This role requires strong interactions with executives and will provide tremendous opportunity for visibility across all of Engineering and Data Science. Education
- Bachelors and/or relevant industry work experience, Master Preferred
Experience
- 8+ Years’ experience in product management, product commercialization and product strategy
- 5+ Years’ experience Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Radiology or equivalent
- 2+ Years’ experience in Healthcare AI
- Experience with AHA! Product Management Software
- Strong understanding of product commercialization in a heavily regulated industry
- Experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Experience with JiraExperience with the PDLC and SDLC
- Experience with FDA and ISO 13485
Responsibilites
- Lead the development of product vision, strategy, and a multi-year roadmap for our company-wide ML infrastructure effort
- Balance short- and long-term goals and investments in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and business success
- Hire, supervise, lead, retain, and grow a team of outstanding product managers
- Partner closely with other teams across data science, engineering, user experience, and other functions
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of highly skilled technical professionals while removing any barriers or blockers to success and customer satisfaction
- Drive and advance product vision, strategy, and execution for our product suite
- Create the product roadmap and champion a shared product vision across stakeholders and partners
- Prompt and own world class product management procedures and processes
- Continuously strive to improve the product management process, cross-functional interactions, and collaboration
- Advance solutions across the organization to deliver on key initiatives, taking ownership of key products through every stage of the product life cycle
- Partner with data science, engineering, machine learning, and other executive team colleagues in identifying and creating new products and features that will make an impact on physicians and patients alike
- Develop, prioritize, and manage product backlogs and stakeholder requests
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer/user satisfaction
- Communicate product status, metrics, goals, and performance clearly to stakeholders and executives
- Help define market research and competitive analysis using best benchmarking for new products, functions, and features
- Facilitate meetings with senior product leaders at Enlitic to define product strategy
- Develop relationships with customers, prospects, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to distill end-user needs and transform them into product and platform requirements
- Research the external landscape to understand competitive offerings and market trends
- Collaborate with our data science and platform engineering teams to drive product requirements from conception to fruition
- Conduct data analyses (individually or as a facilitator) on proposed or existing data features / modeling methodologies
- Initiate product design and user research in partnership with our design team
