Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
- 5+ years as an SQA Engineer performing structured software testing, including setting up automated tests and systems.
- 5+ years working in a Linux environment.
- 5+ years troubleshooting TCP/IP and routing protocole - using debugging tools like wireshark and
- tcpdump.
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial position at an engineering organization.
- Experience working with software testing tools such as TestRail, Xray.
- Experience creating test plans, regression tests, investigating test failures, logging bugs in a bug tracking system (JIRA), etc.
- Experience and proficiency working in Linux
- Strong technical writing skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational and communication skills, ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong problem solver, critical thinker and active listener, good time management skills
- Familiarity with new product introductions (NPI),and product development life cycle activities
- Very detail orientated with strong organizational and time management skills
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience with Clinical standards such as DICOM/DICOMweb, HL7/FHIR, IHE.
- Experience with ISO 13485, 62304 and FDA 510K and other global regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with Linux and Linux command line utilities.
- Working knowledge of SQL - can create ad-hoc queries to verify test results or troubleshoot
- issues.
- Experience programming in JavaScript, Python, Java or shell scripting language preferred.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernates and Docker preferred.
- Experience with API and Web Service testing preferred
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead an Agile Software Verification team.
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve Enlitic’s Quality Management System in compliance with: ISO 13485, FDA QSR, Canadian and European Medical Device Regulations
- Conduct UI, DB, and API Verification
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to release quality software
- Oversee the execution of test plans as a leader of the verification team
- Design and create test plans, test inventories and maintain in Quality Center
- Deploy Linux-based software in a virtual environment such as AWS, Vagrant, VMWare
- Lead automation efforts
- Ability to identify risks upfront and form contingency plans
- Apply excellent time-management skills, a thorough understanding of task assignments and schedules, and use time and available resources efficiently
- Work alongside managers, developers, business analysts, business stakeholders, contract developers and partners on the development and support of projects and improvements
