Sales Development Representative

The purpose of the Sales Development Representative is to extend eMoney Advisor’s market coverage by generating new pipeline through:
- Executing targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media
- Handling and qualifying inbound inquiries and leads
- Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion through nurturing of recycled and aged leads
The SDR supports several Sales Executives and will be an active participant in territory and account planning.
Outbound Campaigns
- Qualify leads from targeted outbound campaigns and hand off to Inside or Field Sales using standard processes
- Nurture aging leads and opportunities, returning them to Sales for closure
- Engage in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, targeting decision-makers in large enterprise accounts
- Expand awareness among current users, educate, ask for referrals, and identify new opportunities

- Follow up on marketing-generated inquiries from digital, webcast, events, or campaigns within specified SLAs
- Answer inbound phone calls and qualify leads using standard methodology
- Monitor and respond to website chat inquiries, qualifying and routing as appropriate
Campaign Execution & Lead Management
- Plan call and email activities to generate leads in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
- Collaborate with Sales for effective territory planning and execution
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, phone campaigns, and social selling
- Pass qualified leads to Sales for further engagement
- Regularly review lead pipeline and provide feedback to Marketing
Opportunity & Lead Nurturing
- Re-engage aging or stagnant leads to bring them back into the sales cycle
- Align with Marketing and Sales to accelerate opportunities expected to close in 3–6 months
- Execute ongoing nurturing strategies for long-term opportunities
CRM & Data Management
- Accurately document all campaign and lead management activities in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales
- Experience in high-volume, phone-centric environments
- Familiarity with CRM/contact management systems
- Background in high-tech or financial software industries preferred
- Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing and Social Selling is a strong plus
The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $65,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the eMoney commission program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
