About the role

We are currently looking for a temp 6 months Regional Inventory & Deployment Planner , based in Oevel, Belgium

The RIDP Planner is a member of the Regional Commercial Supply Planning team and reports to the EMEA Commercial Regional Supply Manager Lead.

(S)he will be responsible for the following:

  • Operate as the primary party responsible for product availability and fill rate to Affiliate DC; responsible for Regional inventory level
  • Collaborate with Operational Demand Planner and Affiliate Execution Planners to prioritize, allocate and re-balance inventory and supply commits across affiliates within region
  • Work with Regional Demand Planner to resolve gaps between demand plan and supply commit

Responsibilities

  • Support Commercial region Supply Lead in Integrated Business Planning process
  • Collaborate with Operational Demand Planner to resolve gaps between demand plan and supply commit
  • STAR management (Discontinuation and Phase In Phase Out)

Qualifications

Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Research or related field
Minimum 2 years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in distribution, warehousing, inventory management and supply planning in the beauty / cosmetic industry
Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and inventory management tools (e.g., SAP APO, pack Office, etc.)
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to balance between and prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholders across the globe
Knowledge of, and experience with demand planning, supply planning and inventory management techniques, processes and policies
