To support our Human Resources Regional Department, we are recruiting a HR Assistant Supply Chain for a 6 months internship in our EMEA offices in Paris area.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Responsible of Recruitment of the Interns/Apprentices Supply Chain (10%) :
- Responsible of the recruitment of 5 interns for Supply Chain for January
- In partnership with the commercial HR Assistant organization and animation of the Intern community
- Responsible of the employee experience for our intern community (onboarding, mid internship meeting, end of internship meeting...)
Support the HRBP Supply Chain on Administrative Tasks (20%):
- Monthly review and upload of the Regional Affiliate, Indirect Procurement, Demand Planning & CRSM org charts at local, regional, and global level
- Monthly review and update of the financial headcount tracker
- Review and analysis of employee Supply Chain population information
- Review and streamline of the Onboarding documents and process for Supply Chain
- Support to the HRBP Supply Chain on requested administrative tasks.
Training & Development (30%):
- Support in deploying and organizing the training session as part of the Training Plan (+100 trainings for the French Supply Chain population)
- Find appropriate Training partners according to the needs collected!
- Assist in tracking employee training progress and evaluations.
- Build collaboration with training partners in other countries to ensure the entire population training needs are filled.
- Responsible of the creation and deployment of in-house people manager training/development path
Projects (40%):
- Support on the project management and deployment of the Employer Branding strategy
- Support on the project management and coordination of the EMEA WOW Awards EMEA Supply Chain
- Launch of 1 to 2 engagement initiative for the Supply Chain EMEA GTM
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus
