Job Overview:

As an Education & Retail Experience & Social Learning Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA Retail and Education team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in managing global and regional projects, contributing to eLearning migration and data analysis, and collaborating closely with the Global Team on Retail Experience Beauty Tech and the 17 affiliates for execution and updates. Additionally, you will take ownership of the internal Instagram account, leading the team's management while creating trackers and tools to support affiliates on ongoing and new projects. Proficiency in social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, both in front of and behind the camera, is essential, along with proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook.

1. Assist in managing global and regional projects for the Retail and Education team.
2. Contribute to eLearning migration and perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.
3. Collaborate closely with the Global Team on Retail Experience Beauty Tech and ensure effective execution and updates with the 17 affiliates.
4. Take ownership of the internal Instagram account, managing content creation, engagement, and team coordination.
5. Develop trackers and tools to support affiliates in ongoing and new projects, ensuring efficient workflow and project management.
6. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, both in content creation and management.
7. Comfortable in front of and behind the camera for social media content creation purposes.
8. Utilize PowerPoint and Outlook to create presentations, manage schedules, and facilitate communication within the team.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recently graduated in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, with a keen eye for trends and engagement strategies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Previous experience in retail, education, or social media management is a plus.

• Currently in the Final Year of a Business School, Bac +4/5 with education or working experience in retail, sales, business and analysis, marking would be beneficial as well.

• A first experience in a similar position is appreciated
• Strong communication skills
• Autonomous, self-starter, organized and with strong communication and analytical skills are essential
• Strongly motivated, who would enjoy working with people.
• Proficient in Excel and PPT (mandatory)
• Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other European language can be considered as an advantage
