Job Title: Associate Admissions Manager

Location: Boston or London Campus

Reports To: Global Dean of Academic Affairs and Global Director of Admissions

Hult International Business School is looking for an individual with extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, highly pressurized environment. Adaptability and communication skills are requirements of the position.

Role

The candidate will work as a member of Hult International Business School’s Global Admissions team. In this role, the candidate will work out of the Boston or London campus but will form part of Hult’s Central Admissions team.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position are to 

• Review postgraduate and undergraduate applications
• Ensure admissions compliance with the School’s accreditation
• Serve on the Admissions Committee to set guidelines for the admissions process
• Validate applicants’ academic records and/or professional experience
• Coordinate admissions interviews
• Provide statistical analysis of incoming students to the Campus Leadership Team
• Prepare acceptance and rejection letters for reviewed applicants
• Serve as an important point of contact for prospective or current applicants
• Communicate admissions requirements and decisions to global recruitment representatives
• Scan, upload and file all applicants’ records
• Maintain document records in compliance with accreditation and US/UK law

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• MS Office and CRM proficient
• Familiarity with secondary and higher education preferred
• International experience preferred
