This role provides an interesting "behind the scenes" perspective with daily collaboration with the rest of the team based in the Zurich headquarter and with daily communication with our Sales, Tour Directors, Operations and Finance staff worldwide.

The Role

Start date: 1st September 2021

 

As an Accounts Payable & Admin Support Specialist, you will work closely with colleagues, Tour Directors and suppliers across the globe with a focus on Accounts Payable and Administrative support. You could be working in either the Tour Director Accounts Management Team or in the Contract and Invoice Compliance Team and report to one of the Managers in the team. These teams support Operations in providing culturally immersive travel for mainly American and Canadian customers who choose to discover the world with us through group travel.


Main areas of responsibility

  • Analyze, Upload and Process vendors’ and/or Tour Directors’ invoices and/or expense reports in the internal system
  • Run Compliance check of incoming production invoices
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors, Tour Directors and suppliers through timely payments
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between cost and budget
  • Analyze and continuously improve the payment process and update its supporting documentation
  • Keep daily contact with internal and external stakeholders in Europe, LATAM and APACA
  • Meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment
  • Support cross departmental strategy projects

Requirements

  • Professional working level of English and Spanish both oral and written. Any other language like French, Italian, German is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred International Business, Economics or similar
  • Previous experience of working or studying in an international environment
  • Panamanian Citizenship/Passport
