As the Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role within our team dedicated to enhancing Edwards Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) marketing automation strategies. Your focus will involve driving demand generation, refining lead nurturing processes, implementing lead management mechanisms, and managing automated communication initiatives. In addition, you will have the opportunity to own the setup, configuration, and management of marketing automation platforms to streamline marketing workflows and enhance marketing capabilities.

How you will make an impact:
• Setup, and lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns/programs (e.g., marketing emails, landing pages, forms, lead lists and flows) and trigger, drip, and nurture campaigns with highest complexity
• Provide complex insights into database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and Marketing Automation databases including proposing alternative solutions and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Lead the optimization, automation and troubleshooting of the lead management process and ensure correct database segmentation

• Create and manage integrations with CRM and marketing automation platforms to deliver enhanced marketing capabilities,

• Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance. Outline specific processes and reporting when new technologies are integrated.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders (e.g. who and when to use platforms, tools, apps) utilizing digital marketing technology expertise to meet the business needs while applying best practices
• Manage technical aspects (e.g., troubleshooting, governance) of key marketing systems including: Marketo, Tealium AudienceStream, and Dynamics 365/Salesforce
• Other incidental duties

What we look for (Required):
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related work experience or
Master's Degree with 3 years of related work experience

Must be on-site at our Irvine, CA Headquarters

What else we look for (Preferred):
• Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM engines, and other foundational digital marketing platforms.
• Proven expertise in Marketo required
• Solid understanding of lead intake management, data governance, and lead scoring model processes.

• Experience and proficiency in marketing systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365)

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to work closely/build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to digital marketing technology
• Ability to proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling to ensure message is conveyed clearly for optimal performance.

• Ability to effectively multitask, juggling various projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organization

• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

For California, the base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $124,000 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
