Job Overview
Position Schedule: Full-Time
Enterprise Learning is responsible for building new capabilities critical to our firm's strategy at speed and scale, ensuring our home-office associates and branch team members are reskilled and upskilled to deliver industry-leading comprehensive planning and advice. Canada Learning operates as a scrum/value team that serves Canadian specific priorities and Canadian specific enduring programs. The Learning Experience Designer I is responsible for the design, development, French translation and delivery of multi-modal high-performance learning experiences that build learner capabilities, drive behavior change, and result in needed performance results. In this role, you will enable a culture of continuous learning through human-centered learning and performance design. Fluency in both French and English is required as all materials must be produced in both languages and leaders in this area are English Speaking. A large part of this role will include the translation of our learning materials and so exceptional writing and translation skills are required for this role.

Qualifications Required in the Job:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Organizational Psychology,
- Human Capital Management, or related field
- 2+ years of proven experience designing, developing, and curating learning and
- performance experiences that achieve business objectives
- 2+ years of proven experience translating learning materials into French.
- Adult Learning certification
- Proficient understanding of the Financial Services Industry
- CSC or other financial certification/designations are an asset
- Demonstrated proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise, Vyond, Audacity, and Adobe
- Creativity Cloud required.
