What Cash Services Team does....
The Cash Services Team is in our Banking and Lending Product group and is responsible for numerous custom-built and vendor applications, used daily by our home office associates, 20,000+ branch teams and clients for various banking activity. We are seeking an exceptionally talented person to innovate and collaborate with our team to generate creative ideas that will continue taking these applications to the next level.
What you'll do...
- Design - Perform lead analyst role to design, code, test, debug, and maintain programs
- Develop - Modify and develop complex information systems involving most phases of systems analysis and programming
- Adapt - Shift work between different environments and multitask
- Implement - Analyze, design, code and document programs and enhancements
- Test - Conduct code walkthroughs to ensure programs meet the specified quality standards and also work with our QE Testers to develop automation test scripts.
- Plan - Assist with defining and meeting business requirements, preparing detailed software specifications, and providing program or system level estimates
- Monitor - Provide system support as needed.
- Mentor - Provide guidance, training and mentorship on the business impact of the systems supported, technical systems design, development of best practices, and IS processes and tools

- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in software development, including:
- Proficient in at least one of the following environments: establishing skills in others. Environments may include the following, plus the ability to interface with one or more database platforms:
- Web Application Development
- Client/Server Application Development
- Mainframe Online and/or Batch Development
- Enterprise or solution specific purchased software
- Understand business implications of projects for systems within responsibility and prior experience
- Proficient in at least one of the following environments: establishing skills in others. Environments may include the following, plus the ability to interface with one or more database platforms:

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
