Responsible for getting our brands into the hearts and minds of the people we serve, creating quantifiable commercial value. Leads the management and thoughtful evolution of brand to drive consistency and increase brand value.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain company's brand standards/guidelines and work closely with designers in developing artwork, templates and tools that provide support to branches and business partners.
  • Recommend and gain buy-in from key stakeholders on brand guidelines that optimally inform brand identity, architecture and brand expression that serve current and future business
  • Build and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders in home office, strategic partners and branches to advance brand review processes, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and share best practices of integrated brand execution that illustrate and promote brand consistency to influence key stakeholders.
  • Implement regular brand audits to evaluate adoption and application of the brand across the firm, identifying areas of inconsistency and opportunity.
  • Conduct proactive brand review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders for major campaigns to ensure brand consistency across integrated communications.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $84100
Hiring Maximum: $143100

Skills/Requirements

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years' experience in brand management and/or brand operations within a corporate or agency environment
  • Proven track record of building brand guidelines and managing successful brand governance strategies
  • Experience managing a portfolio of brands
  • Experience working with creative teams and managing technology and production vendors
  • Drive, compassion, and curiosity - Be an excellent communicator with stellar listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication competencies with strong editing and proofreading capabilities

What Will Set You Apart:

  • 4 years' experience with campaign management or brand program management
