As a Trading and Billing Specialist on the Client Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role by supporting all operational needs to manage and monitor our Managed Accounts program members.

In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team's existing talents: For this Trading Specialist role, we need someone with strong interpersonal skills and an interest in problem-solving to help advance and continuously improve and accelerate our focus on outstanding service.

As a Trade Specialist, you'll complete Managed Account 401(k) portfolio rebalance cycles, resolve exceptions impacting client accounts, and work closely with internal and external business partners.

Activities include but are not limited to; weekly transaction cycles with Workplace (401K) Plan Sponsors, maintaining oversight of managed account clients, and fee collection processes. Candidates must be a self-starter and be able to excel in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete and monitor daily/weekly operational processes for Recordkeeping partners, ensuring program integrity and execution quality through review and analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure timely reconciliation and resolution of participant-related issues.
  • Identify and track until resolution of any issues or errors identified through exception management.
  • Communicate in an accurate and timely manner with both internal and external partners.
  • Support monthly and quarterly team billing processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving & critical thinking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate consistent success in delivering impeccable customer service.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred or 1 - 2 years of financial services experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
