The Network Growth Team Leader will work alongside the Senior Regional Manager and Deputy Team Lead to support our customers and Account Executives operating within our Southern European region. 

You will be fully focused on managing a Team of L1 SEU Account Executives, reporting directly to the director for operational aspects and to the Sr Regional regional Manager for any SEU related topics.

Role and responsibilities

Team

  • Manage daily operations and reporting for the Network Growth Account Executive L1 and ensure productivity and quality standards are met, 
  • Provide individual feedback and coaching for success, drive operational excellence,
  • Collaborate with RM and deputy TL to ensure the team is achieving assigned targets,
  • Help drive change management and ensure team adoption of sales tactics and new processes,
  • Train & mentor new team members - Participate in recruitment processes, 
  • Proactively flag team needs or opportunities for improvement and offer solutions

Region

  • Collaborate with other frontline teams (ex: CS, Sales) to deliver the regional RACE plan (taking part in QBR and local initiatives)
  • Monitor big clients/campaigns with CS to maximize success 
  • To build a local team culture that embodies the EcoVadis values and mission.

Self

  • Lead by example - mastering Sales tactics and CSR knowledge
  • Be accountable to drive a set of KPIs (Conversion rate, ARR, etc).
  • Be autonomous to manage all your tasks efficiently, display commercial awareness to identify proactively business opportunities
  • Backs up regional manager during absence and ensures business continuity

Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required
 

You’ll also be part of the NG management group and will have the opportunity to contribute and collaborate with other Team leads,  Regional Managers, and our Global director.

 

Qualifications

  • Full proficiency in English and Italian, Spanish, French is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills,
  • At least 2 years of management experience of a revenue generating team
  • Extensive Rated business knowledge,
  • Excellent Time Management skills- the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines,
  • Ability to interpret data to identify actions,
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups,
  • Autonomous and proactive
