Your Opportunity
As an Sr E-Resource Representative I, your top priority is to support internal and external partners across the U.S. and Canada by managing high-volume transactions and complex workflows with precision and efficiency. You will serve as a key liaison for order processing, invoicing, and product inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
This hybrid position is based in Birmingham, AL or Ipswich, MA.
What You'll Do
- Manage large volumes of transactions and complex operations with careful attention to detail
- Request and organize quotes and invoices from vendors and partners
- Handle order processing from start to finish by verifying details at each stage
- Serve as an expert on partner products and their requirements
- Create and share detailed reports with partners that track order status
- Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to refine workflows and boost efficiency
- Research and compile key information about products and vendors
- Help maintain and improve departmental training materials
- Actively contribute to team-wide projects with specialized expertise

You will be welcomed as a member of the E-Resource Team in the Order Management Department, a high-volume, fast-paced team that collaborates to identify priorities and meet goals. About You
- 5+ years of high-volume order processing experience
- 5+ years of continuous work experience in an office environment
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
What sets you apart:
- Experience handling a variety of administrative tasks and working with deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced organizational skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with PowerPoint, Visio, Advanced Excel Skills
- Writing SOPs
- Experience with small projects and process improvement
Pay Range
USD $15.53 - USD $22.19 /Yr.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
