Your Opportunity

The Senior Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of EBSCO's Clinical Decisions products in healthcare settings, which include but are not limited to, hospitals, health systems, and medical schools. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the Clinical Decisions products are effectively and efficiently integrated into existing clinical workflows and processes, maximizing value, and improving outcomes. This includes integration with Electronic Health Record systems using Single Sign-on, clinical portals, HL7 Infobutton, and more.

This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end technical implementation process for EBSCO Clinical Decisions products

Working with the Customer Success Manager and understanding the overall success plan, provide implementation plans with a focus on technical integration and specific timelines.

Provide expert guidance and support to customers during the implementation process, coordinating with IT teams to ensure that the system is properly configured and integrated with existing systems, including EHR integration, toolbar links, IdP SSO via SAML and SMART on FHIR, HL7 Infobutton & Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Manage Implementation timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met.

Consult Customer Success Manager on key performance indicators to evaluate the success of the implementation.

Improve implementation processes and methodologies as they relate to SSO and EHR best practices.

Monitor and report on Technical Implementation progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

Track and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the success of the implementation.

Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes, with a focus on SSO and EHR best practices.

Your Team:

You will be welcomed as a member of the Clinical Decisions Technical Implementation team, closely collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, and Product Development. You will play a key role in the POD- a cross functional team dedicated to a specific set of customers. Our team enjoys the flexibility and greater work life balance working remotely offers. About You

Bachelor's degree in health administration, information technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and SSO authentication protocols.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • This is a fully remote role and the ability to work across time zones and travel up to 25% of the time or as needed to support implementation projects at various locations is required

What sets you apart:

  • 7 years of experience in project management and experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Clinical informatics and/or background and knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues that may arise during implementation and beyond.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, such as electronic health records (EHR) and/or practice management systems
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Pay Range

USD $98,315.00 - USD $140,450.00 /Yr.

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
