Your Opportunity
EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Publisher Data Integration Analyst to support and enhance the subscription order data exchange process with publishers. In this role, you will manage the electronic delivery of subscription orders and work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement, maintain, and optimize automated order workflows. You will play a key role in migrating publishers to standardized electronic formats, including ICEDIS via FTP, APIs, and other system-to-system integrations.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the end-to-end process of electronic subscription order delivery to publishers.
• Manage data exchange integrations using a variety of delivery methods (e.g., FTP, APIs, ICEDIS, custom formats).
• Lead efforts to migrate publishers from manual or legacy formats to modern, automated data exchange methods.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, technology, and account management to troubleshoot delivery issues and improve data quality.
• Monitor operational data flows and recommend process and system improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Maintain clear documentation of publisher integration requirements, delivery formats, and configuration details.
• Analyze data and workflows to identify inefficiencies and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in system testing and implementation of new integration features or enhancements.

About You
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, order processing, data integration, or a related technical/analytical role.
• Experience with electronic data delivery methods such as FTP/SFTP, APIs, and structured data formats (e.g., ICEDIS, XML, JSON, CSV).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work collaboratively across teams.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with CRM and/or ERP systems related to sales and order management.
• Understanding of large data sets and end-to-end data exchange processes.
• Experience in publishing, library services, or subscription-based industries.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with changing priorities.

Pay Range
USD $49,840.00 - USD $71,200.00 /Yr.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
