Your Opportunity
We are seeking an Agile Development Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our enterprise cloud infrastructure initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise in cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, Istio, and CI/CD practices within AWS, along with the leadership experience to guide teams managing large-scale, complex, distributed systems.
As a key leader in our Cloud & DevOps organization, you will help shape platform reliability, operational excellence, and scalability across multiple lines of business while enabling faster and safer delivery through automation and standardized practices.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and cloud engineers to design, implement, and manage cloud-native infrastructure.
- Own and evolve enterprise-grade Kubernetes platforms (Amazon EKS), including architecture, multi-tenancy, RBAC, and governance.
- Architect and manage a robust Istio-based service mesh, ensuring secure, observable, and resilient service-to-service communication.
- Drive modernization efforts through the design and implementation of GitOps-based CI/CD workflows that enable scalable and secure deployments across hundreds of microservices.
- Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and enforce operational standards and cloud best practices.
- Architect and optimize multi-account/multi-region AWS environments using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
- Manage budgets and forecasts for cloud spend; implement cost controls and optimization strategies at scale.
- Stay current with emerging cloud and DevOps technologies and assess their applicability to our environment.
- Lead by example to drive continuous improvement in system reliability and team practices.
About You
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or NewRelic.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment (e.g., ISO, HIPAA, FedRAMP).

Pay Range
USD $125,425.00 - USD $179,180.00 /Yr.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
