Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor - 2nd Shift. This role will support operations at the Hodges, SC facility. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates within the United States. The hours of our second shift are roughly Monday - Friday, 3:00pm-12:00am.

As the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor on the 2nd shift you will lead operations of all aspects of warehouse/logistics to ensure work is completed in a safe and efficient manner. You are responsible for supervising approximately 20 employees over our shipping area as well as our warehouse. Then you will support the overall plant warehouse and logistics process which include receiving, warehousing, material movement, and packaging strategy. Additonally, you will investigate and respond to inquiries regarding distribution and shipping. It is vital to conduct inventory audits to monitor production and plant inventory levels, arrange warehousing and transportation of products to customers, and be responsible for on-time delivery performance and continuously focusing on reducing manufacturing lead-time for components and products.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and timely, efficient order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Lead logistics operations, including scheduling and monitoring inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse and logistics staff; support hiring and development.
  • Enforce compliance with company safety policies and lead 5S initiatives.
  • Recognize strong performance and address performance issues constructively.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and logistics KPIs.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with progressive leadership responsibilities OR High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • 2 years of experience working in a warehouse/logistics setting.
