Supporting over 260 manufacturinglocations worldwide, this role is pivotal in driving digital capabilities that enable capacity expansion, procurement optimization, inventory efficiency, and enhanced customer delivery performance. As a key member of the IT leadership team, you will align IT strategy with business objectives, champion digital innovation, and foster a high-performance culture across the organization.

  • Strategic Leadership: Align IT strategy with Eaton's global supply chain goals to enhance manufacturing output and streamline operations.
  • Digital Innovation: Drive an AI-first approach in collaboration with the Eaton AI team to prioritize and deliver high-impact digital initiatives.
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead the digital pillar of the Operating for Growth initiative, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain excellence.
  • Process Integration: Integrate supply chain IT systems with other business functions to improve end-to-end performance.
  • Supplier Enablement: Deploy digital tools to strengthen supplier relationships and improve visibility into supplier performance.
  • Advanced Analytics: Leverage AI and analytics to improve demand forecasting, inventory management, and operational decision-making.
  • Resource Optimization: Ensure efficient use of IT resources to support global operations.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team with a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Partner with supply chain and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of IT and operational strategies.
  • Infrastructure & Cloud: Oversee scalable, reliable IT infrastructure and optimize cloud computing for operational excellence.
  • Business Continuity: Ensure systems uptime and robust disaster recovery capabilities.
  • Service Delivery: Lead IT service delivery with a focus on quality, agility, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.


  • Minimum of 10 years of IT experience leading large, high-performing teams and creating IT operations strategies aligned with business goals in a global manufacturing organization resulting in improved production and streamlined supply chain processes.


  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, diverse technology teams.
  • Strong background in IT operations, service delivery, and systems architecture.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, ITSM, and enterprise infrastructure.

Technical Expertise

  • Rapid learning and application of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, generative AI, digital twins, and simulation.
  • Data analysis across domains to uncover trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Agile mindset with experience in MVP development, iterative testing, and pivoting when necessary.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevSecOps practices.
  • Understanding of modern architecture principles including APIs, microservices, and cloud-native services.

Skills:

The expected annual salary range for this role is $198,750 - $291,500 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
