Vice President, Business Relationship Manager (ESS and Global Services)

The IT Vice President for Services will partner with the business leaders across Eaton covering ESS, field services, customer care (call centers) and aftermarket services. This is a pivotal role ensuring there is s strategic focus on services across Eaton, while leveraging enterprise capabilities to drive a consistent process enablement, data governance and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. In addition, you will have direct responsibility over the services capability area (services strategy & performance, customer management & care, asset & customer base management, parts & warranty, and field services) and delivery. You will be a proactive business partner focused on the digital capabilities' services need and act as a catalyst of change to improve performance and drive agreed on outcomes. Your main focus areas and responsibilities will be the Business Partnership, IT Product ownership, end-to-end governance and oversight of the various capabilities and business initiatives. Through strong networks and engagement with the IT business relationship managers and other capability teams, you will drive and monitor adoption of program, project and product outcome-based deliveries per enterprise standards and drive domain improvements in operating scorecards and metrics.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy for services, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead the Artificial Intelligence workstream for services. Set the strategic direction and operationalize the deployment of AI capabilities across services to improve productivity and revenue.
• Develop and design the Digital Customer Experience efforts to make Eaton the supplier of choice for our customers (includes benchmarking, following industry trends, user story development and solution delivery).
• Build networks and relationships - engage executives, leaders, and teams at all levels in the business, within the technology function, and external partners and industry organizations to ensure engagement, sponsorship, continued awareness and alignment of business and technology strategy and leading practices.
• Identify and drive process excellence by working across sectors and business functions to drive the implementation and improvement of services, AI and software development processes by leveraging industry best practices.
• Orchestrate business benefits realization - in partnership with business leaders, business process owners and product teams, proactively prepare, monitor, mine, and share business process and overall performance at the appropriate level and mitigate risks in order to meet/beat commitments.
• Leverage an agile delivery model to track, manage and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes, and ensure a successful pivot to the outcome-based delivery model while driving adoption and product management process maturity.
• Provide end-to-end visibility for all initiatives executed for Services. Collaborate with Architects and/or Product Owners to document, publish and maintain business capability and technology usage, and ensure that these are leveraged to ensure decision quality.
• Build, lead, and direct a team of IT Product managers and specialists to ensure quality delivery of digital solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT tools and services.
• Effectively story tell the ways that services are being leveraged to drive growth and value for Eaton businesses.

Qualifications:

Basic (Required) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum ten (10) years of IT experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience working with services teams and IT technologies (like Salesforce).
• End-to-end business process knowledge, across multiple domains including business relationship management, marketing, sales, Lean/Six Sigma, and product management.
• Product-centric mindset.
• Agile & hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience in Design-Thinking and contemporary collaboration tools.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $198749.97 - $291499.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
