Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Value Stream Manager in El Paso, TX. Relocaiton assistances will be offered to candidates that reside 50 miles outside the El Paso, TX facility.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do:

The Value Stream Manager will be located in El Paso, TX and is the primary lead for the production of Automatic Transfer Switches, responsible for developing strategic direction and leading key manufacturing processes to ensure production objectives are met according to safety, quality and customer requirements. The Value Stream Manager supports the operation's strategic plan by providing specific product designs into finished products that meet customer order requirements, product quality standards, and product delivery commitments. The Value Stream Manager also serves as the tactical liaison between the Plant Manager and production supervisors while leading others in achieving organizational goals.

What you'll do:
• Ensure production objectives are met within approved budget, schedules, and quality specifications.
• Develop improvements in production methods, standards and procedures to ensure effective use of resources.
• Deploy MESH initiatives to support a Zero Incident Culture
• Foster a high-performing work team culture throughout the facility.
• Implement Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) tools.
• Develop and maintain a trained, quality-centered manufacturing workforce.
• Facilitate regular production meetings to review order progress and to resolve outstanding order issues to meet on-time shipment commitments.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing people and/or project teams
• Minimum of three (3) years' cross-functional experience with scheduling, engineering, operations, and customer service functions

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors' degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Three plus (3+) years of experience supporting engineered-to-order products
• Lean Six Sigma certified
• Leadership experience in a high accountability culture and metrics driven environment
• Fluent in Spanish
