What you'll do:
Description
Part of the Global Treasury Services Center in Pune. She/he will perform all bank account management related activities.
List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results):
Bank Acc Management:
• Understand the document involved in opening and closing of bank accounts globally
• Ensure that all bank accs activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and data privacy laws
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution
• Monitor account activity and work with the team in reducing the number of bank accounts globally

• Ensure bank accs are updated from time to time in TIPCO and also review and reconcile the number of accounts and report to Mgt
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Handle basic tickets in TIPCO, resolving access on E banking portal like Citidirect, DBDI, HSBC net etc.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
1. Bachelor of Commerce/ Finance/ Business Administration with MBA Finance preferred.
2. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. At least 3/5 years qualified experience in Treasury bank acc management (preferred) and/or Customer relationship management
