Territory Manager - Low Voltage

The Circuit Protection, and Controls (CPC) Division at Eaton Electrical reflects a long tradition of creating solutions that enhance electrical safety, reliability, code compliance and efficient power distribution in alternative energy, commercial, industrial, and mining operations. These include circuit breakers, vacuum interrupters, fuses, and fuse holders.

We are looking for adriven and passionate Territory Manager to join our Team. You will be based in Mascot and report to the National Sales Manager, CPC Components. As a Territory Manager you will grow and maintain business across Electrical Wholesalers, Distributors, Board Builders, OEMs, Contractors and End-Users located in the metro and some regional areas of New South Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate who enjoys business development and account management. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to present and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and can provide solutions to customers based on their business needs.

Key Duties:

  • Develop a Territory plan that maximizes time verse effort and delivers profitable sales
  • Identify and target new customers and opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base
  • Strengthen Eaton's product and brand awareness in the market
  • Understand products, market segments and competitive positioning to provide input into strategic growth initiatives and business planning
  • Respond to customer enquiries with high level of customer service
  • Educate customers on Eaton's product offering and value proposition via tradeshows, industry events, lunch and learns etc
  • Provide quotes in conjunction with approved pricing structures
  • Work in a team environment to achieve individual sales targets for the Territory
  • Work in a team environment to collectively achieve national sales and profitability targets

Qualifications:

  • Electrical Trade Certificate (Desirable)
  • 2-5 Years Account Management and sales experience
  • Electrical knowledge, Electrical trade (preferred)
  • High level of technical and product application experience in automation or power distribution.
  • Sales Experience
