Job Summary
Working within the Life Safety business providing technical and pre-sales support to customers and local sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Undertake ongoing training and study in relation to Eaton's fire and emergency lighting solutions to develop and retain strong technical capability

- Provide training support for customers and end users in the territory
- Support major projects with on site technical and commissioning support where required/directed
- Work closely with Eaton partners to transfer knowledge to their engineers and technical support staff
- As directed by the regional sales manager provide pre-sales support (design, configuration, quotation) to Eaton partners
- Engage with the global technical support teams in both the Fire and Emergency Lighitng businesses to manage quality issues and returns
Qualifications:
Education level required Engineering/technical degree or equivalent
Years and area of experience required 1-2 years in a technical support or engineering role
Technical knowledge Background in Fire Detection, experience with Emergency Lighting
Skills:
Good written and spoken English, effective communicator
