What you'll do:
The primary role involves crafting standard quotes and offers for both internal and external customers, serving as a key point of contact across various channels, including sales tools, ERP systems, web tickets, telephone, chat, and email, specifically for products and systems within Eaton's Electrical division.
Key responsibilities include managing Delivery to Order and Standard Configure to Order requests, ensuring a smooth process flow while providing comprehensive and professional support to the sales organization. This includes quote registration in CRM, creating Bills of Materials (BOM), product selection, and updating technical specifications.
You will collaborate closely with sales engineers and partners, such as distributors, wholesalers, value-added resellers, and system integrators, to address a range of commercial pre-sales support functions. Your support will extend to the local sales organization and customers, offering technical and commercial assistance, guidance, documentation, compliance with standards, competitor comparisons, and addressing product-specific inquiries.

Key Activities:
Manage technical inquiries related to Delivery-to-Order and Standard Configure-to-Order solutions using Eaton's Electrical product portfolio.
Draft technical quotes with suggested net selling prices based on electrical diagrams, material lists, tender documents, technical data, and competitor product catalogs.
Oversee cross-references and provide technical support in selecting components from both Eaton's product portfolio and competitors.
Assist the sales organization with quote registration, opportunity management, and updates in CRM.
Calculate and draft standard technical solutions for Configure-to-Order quotations using tools like BidManager and Configurator.
Support testing and development for engineering software and tools used in design and quotations.
Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of specific product families and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions for new team members and colleagues.
Qualifications:
BSc in Engineering or equivalent Technical Degree. (Electrical is an advantage)
Skills:
Fluent in English and Spanish - any other European language is an advantage
Proven experience in sales/technical support or quotations for electrical products
Good understanding of low voltage electric products and systems, protections devices and related applications
Capability to understand and read electrical one-line diagrams and circuits schematics
Experience with usage of electrical design software, SAP and BidManager is an advantage
Analytical mindset, team working, sense of cooperation and ability to manage prioritization
