What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage critical domestic and international Eaton shipment for multiple sites by tendering it to the most efficient and effective mode/carrier.
Make decisions to optimize network KPIs holistically
As Manager of People, will be responsible for managing, leading, coaching and developing employees within the Logistics function.
Responsible for assigned team's BOC and will be Accountable for the performance of the team.
Work closely with the Logistics functional leader to implement people development strategies for the team
Ensure and drive proactive planning and communication with our partners, suppliers and customers to achieve targeted KPIs.

Identify and address major over/under-capacities for the next 3 months
Partner with Material Planners and Sales teams to improve forecast accuracy for smooth execution and minimum possible costs with optimum inventory levels.
Foresee operational challenges to predict and prevent shortfalls and work with partners to resolve possible disruptions.
Advise leadership about identified and projected demand (priority) conflicts
Ensure compliance with all relevant Country and Regional Regulations and Standards in Logistics operations.
Resolve internal customer issues promptly and professionally and manage Exception.
Build customer facing KPIs & Drive customer engagement and satisfaction by meeting customer expectations
Champions Continuous Improvement projects to improve process efficiencies & logistics network to reduce logistics costs
Manage the transition from planning to execution, and support escalations from execution level
Focus on the next 12 months and the transition from SIOP to S&OE
Manage Premium Freight effectively
Feed bottom-up generated freight forecast towards Finance and Division leadership for early warnings and alignment
Manage Demand Planning & Forecasting, to ensure our logistics operations are efficient and effective
Manage Actual/Accrual Reconciliation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Master's
10-12 Yrs. Experience in Logistics operational domain
Preferred SCM qualifications from accredited institute
Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software
Good To have APICS/PMP certifications
Skills:
Preferred experience SSC environment
Influencing Skills and Critical Thinking
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Good Collaborative style, managing various Global stakeholders.
Excellent cross-cultural communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills demonstrated by ability to interact professionally with culturally and linguistically diverse staff, stakeholders, clients and consultants
Good exposure in Global Logistics and Good understanding of factors impacting Logistics
Customer Centric with excellent communication skills
Good business acumen
Decision making and Problem-Solving skills.
Proven Track record in driving Continuous Improvement projects
