What you'll do:
The Strategic Data Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by leveraging data-driven insights and advanced strategic planning. This position focuses on analyzing sales and product performance to develop robust business strategies that align with long-term organizational goals. Through market research, financial analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Specialist delivers actionable recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring sustainable success.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and product data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making;
- Develop and maintain reports (e.g., zone performance, product performance, sales pipeline) to monitor KPIs and APRC's performance;
- Simulate P&L (Profit and Loss) and contribute to profit planning aligned with ambitious sales targets;
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities for business expansion;
- Partner with sales, product, and operational teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives;
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership;
- Ensure data integrity and resolve pipeline challenges;
- Track progress on strategic initiatives and provide ad-hoc analysis to support leadership decisions;
- Lead Scrum meetings (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals through iterative development and adaptability, while managing stakeholder expectations and fostering cross-team collaboration to maximize the impact of the Scrum methodology on project outcomes and organizational agility;
- Enhance team efficiency by analyzing workflows and performance metrics, including KPIs such as cycle time and throughput, to identify bottlenecks, implementing targeted solutions like process automation or resource reallocation, and tracking improvements to deliver measurable productivity gains.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Skills:
- Advanced analytical skills with a focus on sales, product, and financial data interpretation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Experience in data analysis, business development, or sales strategy roles.
- Demonstrated experience with sales and product analysis is required.
- Experience presenting to leadership or collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
