Sr. Financial Analyst

What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

• The Sr. Financial analyst works directly with the Finance Controller on Manufacturing Accounting from running reports to performing analysis to participating in standard costing and budgeting .
• He is also responsible for integrating initiatives into the Product Costing process and ensure that they are accurately reflected and tracked.
• Work directly with Finance Controller on manufacturing Cost Accounting from running reports, to performing analysis, to participating in standard costing and Budgeting.
• Strong background on Manufacturing, Material/Inventory Analysis, Auditing and Count.
• Maintaining up to date, accurate standard costs in the SAP system.
• Focus on variance analysis and cost control initiatives. Actively engaged in the cost reduction / new product development projects. • Provide valuable cost analysis for management team for business decision.
• Provide financial analysis data to operation team for business plans and capital investment plans. Monitor and control the actual capital spending to align with the plan.
• Coordinate the preparation of budgets, working with management and functional managers.
• Teachable and retain a highly skills on Costing and Pricing Analysis
• Integrate initiatives into the Product Costing process and ensure that they are accurately reflected and tracked.
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

• Must be familiar with Philippines business environment and PEZA practice; knowledge and experience on tax, customs, treasury, and government compliance in the local environment.
• Must be able to achieve results with constantly changing priorities.
• Have good communication and problem solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in advance Excel and SAP system.
• Committed team player, detail-oriented multi-taker, with the ability to meet and exceed set goals and deadlines.
• Strong background on manufacturing, material/inventory analysis, auditing and count.
• Can manage to support the Finance department with all the necessary analyses and reports to sustain the business even in the absence of Finance controller
• Candidate should be able to accurately present and analyze data.
