This position is based at our office in Magarpatta City, Pune.As the engineering technical specialist (architect) for Data and API platform technologies in our center in India, you will work in domain of IoT. This role is responsible for leading activities to generate and maximize value from data. • Building large scale APIs and message queues with industry standard security mechanisms.
• Designing and implementing critical high performance, large scale micro services and libraries.
• Building data pipelines for collecting & processing data from multiple data sources, from the point of ingestion to useful insight.
• Experience leading a full stack development of front end web UI, back end APIs, development portals for integrators and data flow through multiple platforms.
• Develop portal to upload and view data and insights
• Develop guidelines and supporting process for acquiring, storing, and leveraging of data.
• Implement effective cataloging for data, T&Cs and Costs.
• Automate everything for measuring, testing, updating, monitoring and alerting the data platform.
• Lead the development of the Data monetization framework, collaborating with the organization's Data Privacy and Legal teams to assess opportunities with appropriate consideration to risk control and data privacy.
• Technically drive diverse team of talented software developers, testers, Scrum Master, DevOps engineers, and stakeholder interactions.
• Work with Product Owner to set priorities, ensuring the achievement of deliverables and other milestones, collaborate with other engineering and product teams in the company, establish a technical growth path to team, and improve the way we deliver value to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering /Information Technology/Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution required.
- Preferred - Master's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from an accredited institution."
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- 7+ years of experience in developing Azure PaaS based Cloud native application development and Enterprise grade application development.
- 5+ Years in front end and API development
- Proficient understanding of distributed computing principles
- Strong programming skills. Should be proficient in the following languages, C#, .NET, ReactJS.
- Strong hands-on development experience in developing backend services using Azure PaaS technologeis - Web Apps, Web APIs, Logic Apps, Container Apps, Cosmos db, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, IoT Hub, etc.
- Good development experience in Azure Kubernetes Services, Docker Containers.
- Experience in building distributed microservices, RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Proficient working with structured, semi-structured and unstructured large data sets from real time/batch streaming data feeds
- Proficient with Databases (relational and non-relational like sqlserver, cosmos, mongodb, time-series etc.)
- Strong experience in writing and understanding complex SQL queries.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing infrastructure, big data and platforms specifically Azure Technologies (Azure stack Azure streaming analytics, Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Kafka, Eventhub, Spark)
- Solid understanding of software design principles, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading concepts
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and concepts (websockets, http, tcp, mqtt, amqp)
- Knowledge of security concepts such as encryption, certificates, and key management
- Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies and concepts
Skills:
