Eaton's ES AMER HQ division is currently seeking a Site Process Manager (SPM) - Site Finance. The Site Process Manager (SPM) - Finance role will support our Cleveland, TN plant and operational readiness, and deployment activities associated with the Electrical Sector - Americas transition from Vista/Mapics to the new ERP system, SAP S/4. This role is essential for ensuring the successful integration of the ERP system, SAP S4, within the manufacturing environment. The SPM - Finance will work closely with the ERP project team and will have specific responsibilities related to finance in plant operations, including supply chain, scheduling, and manufacturing. The anticipated duration of this assignment is 18-24 months with potential opportunities in our project team(s) post assignment. This is a remote role, but would require up to 75% travel to the Cleveland, TN site to support the transition process in person.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.

What you'll do:
Coordination of Plant Operations:
- Oversee and coordinate plant-related activities specific to finance, and cost accounting processes related to plant operations.
- Ensure alignment of these operations with project timelines and milestones.
- Data Profiling and Cleansing:
- Coordinate data profiling and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Work with plant personnel to identify and resolve data issues.
Liaison Between Plant and Project Team:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the manufacturing plant and the ERP project team for finance matters.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to address any issues or concerns.
Direction and Monitoring of Business Process Owners:
- Provide guidance and direction to business process owners at the plant.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and objectives.
Coordination of Testing Activities:
- Organize and manage testing activities (if needed), including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing.
- Ensure thorough documentation and resolution of any issues identified during testing.
Deployment Activities:
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to plant operations.
Sustainment Post Go-Live:
- Support a sustainment plan to support the ERP system after go-live.
- Provide ongoing support and training to plant personnel to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of experience working with Mapics.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of plant operations (including financials, reporting, and cost accounting).
- Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
- No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. This is a remote position.
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the year.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of experience working with Oracle Financials and/or SAP.
- Resides within the Eastern or Central Time Zone of the United States.
