Shipping Administrator

We pride ourselves as a premier supplier of fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. We boast extensive fuel and air system test facilities, facilitating comprehensive testing across a range of conditions with various fuel types

What you'll do:

• To ensure the timely processing of shipments in accordance with Eaton policies and procedures, and in compliance with UK Shipping & Export requirements.
• Processing Pre-Shippers in ERP system in timely manner.

• Produce shipment documentation using the ERP system, customer portal, and related systems promptly.

• Booking shipments and liaising with designated couriers and freight forwarders
• Ensuring all shipments comply with Eaton policies, procedures, and the quality system
• Registering non-UK shipments on a Standard Individual Export License (SIEL) with HM Customs
• Raising Dangerous Goods Notes (where trained)
• Ensuring shipments and shipping documentation comply with export licence requirements, acting as the final gatekeeper for licence compliance
• Confirming shipments in the ERP system after dispatch and ensuring they are properly closed
• Identifying shipping pipeline queries, populating the Pipeline Risk report (setting actions and owners), and providing shipping information to various stakeholders upon request
• Processing accurate release documentation across a wide range of requirements (CAA, FAA, CAAC, CoC, MOD 640, DAIN)
• Processing shipments and advance shipment notices (ASN's) on customer-defined portals as required
• Filing all shipping documentation in line with company requirements
• Possesses post-secondary education
• Demonstrates problem-solving experience with the ability to provide proactive solutions

• Experience with export licence procedures
• Background in shipping administration
• Class 9 Dangerous Goods certification (preferred)
