Service Project Business Development

What you'll do:

The main function of the Service Project Business Development Manager is to promote the development of renovation service projects and site operation and maintenance projects; Manage PQ business solutions and service projects to achieve business growth strategies; Ensure the successful execution of on-site projects in accordance with contract requirements and business commitments; Drive project management processes and tools throughout the organization to ensure accurate, complete, and timely data for making fact based decisions and evaluations; Drive financial improvement and customer satisfaction of the project; Drive continuous improvement of on-site project management processes through cross functional teams in PQ to achieve business results.

A. Development of renovation services and on-site operation and maintenance business
B. Establish the sales, execution and management model for project services
C. Hold responsible for PQ field project execution.
D. Communicate and execute the process of field project management with cross-functional teams with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and functional ownership.
E. Work with sub-contractors and customers to timely solve issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
F. Develop effective relationship with customers to drive growth and build value for Eaton.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required, Engineering or Business degree preferred
• 6-8 years experiences in Project Management, or Engineering and/or Product Development Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales or marketing

• Leadership skills - capability to lead change in an Integrated Team (IPT).
• Developing to fully demonstrating in Project Management methodologies, processes and tools
• Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (PMP) or equivalent highly recommended
• Good communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and customer
• Experienced in Risk Management
