Service Coordinator - Critical Power

The Power Quality (PQ) division at Eaton Electrical provides power management solutions including uninterruptable power supplies (UPS's), surge protective devices, power distribution units (PDU's), remote monitoring, software, power factor correction, airflow management, rack enclosures and services. We strive for continued success in leveraging technical innovation to develop next-generation solutions.
As part of our PQ division at Eaton Electrical, we are looking to hire a Service Coordinator to work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to manage invoicing of service contracts and time and material jobs. We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual who can liaise with end users, business partners, sales managers, supply chain, and warehouse and provide superior customer service.
Key Duties:
- Develop strong relationships with all customers and stakeholders both face to face and remote.
- Support the business development managers in completing end contract renewals, process renewals and new contracts.
- Follow procedure to deliver professional service to all stakeholders.
- Ensure maximum and balance productivity by effectively scheduling technicians and service appointments.
- Accountable for monitoring and maintaining proper flow of task.
- Manage jobs through the utilisation of ERP systems(Salesforce & SAP).
- Track and monitor daily activity.
- Answering calls with the emphasis of first call resolution.
- The ability to work under pressure, high resilience and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a service coordinator.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills.
