Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Senior Specialist Scrum Master - Aerospace SAP Transformation Program.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year.

What you'll do:
Job Summary
This IT Scrum Master will support the Aerospace SAP S/4hana ERP Transformation. This Scrum Master will lead multiple Agile teams in the rapid deployment of solution enhancements, coordinate standard deployment test cycles and data cutover activities, and actively contribute to program-wide continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Agile mindset, ERP transformation experience (preferably SAP), and a passion for driving team performance and delivery excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Agile Leadership & Delivery
- Serve as a servant leader for multiple Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
- Guide teams in Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and self-organization.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to execute the product roadmap by managing product backlogs, defining epics and user stories, and supporting value-based prioritization.
- Lead sprint capacity planning and ensure timely delivery of enhancements aligned with the transformation roadmap.
- Collect, track and report Agile metrics including team capacity and budget
ERP Transformation Execution
- Coordinate and lead standard deployment test cycles (e.g., ITC, UAT) and data cutover activities across workstreams.
- Support integration of Agile and Waterfall methodologies where appropriate, particularly for key ERP site deployment milestones such as Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Go-Live.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure alignment across geographies and business units.
Program & Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate risks, progress, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support program governance, change control, and compliance with cybersecurity and product quality standards.
- Participate in and help facilitate program-level continuous improvement events and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum five (5) years of experience working in Agile environments or leading IT projects, including (3) years as a Scrum Master or IT Project Manager.
• Minimum two (2) years of Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably SAP, in a manufacturing or aerospace context.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of one of the following locations to be considered: Galesburg, MI: Houston, TX: Menomonee Falls, WI: Moon Township, PA: Raleigh, NC, or Beachwood, OH. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical
area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Experience with DevSecOps principles and secure product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with enterprise business processes such as finance, quote-to-cash, and plan-to-produce
