The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year.

What you'll do:
Job Summary:
The Senior Specialist, IT Systems Analysis is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of supplier portal solutions and related business processes. This role which is one of our most technical demanding under Architect partners with global stakeholders, architects, and product owners to deliver a seamless supplier experience, drive innovation, and ensure system stability, scalability, and compliance. The position requires expert-level system and technical knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to build integrations, manage governance, and support process improvements across global teams. The Senior Specialist serves as a functional leader, mentoring others and translating complex technical concepts into clear business solutions that meet organizational needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Supplier Portal Ownership & Strategy
- Support and enhance Eaton's current Power Pages-based supplier portal, focusing on stability and incremental improvements
- Collaborate with architects and product owners to design the future supplier portal strategy, ensuring a seamless supplier experience across onboarding, collaboration, relationship, and performance management
- Develop persona-based supplier experiences that enable solicitation, self-service, performance visibility, and collaboration
- Partner with architects to explore extensibility options (e.g., GenAI chatbots, supplier collaboration features, real-time performance scorecards)
- Ensure portal architecture meets scalability, security, and compliance standards
Integration & System Development
- Build integrations with third-party services using APIs and middleware
- Support end-to-end processes with a strong understanding of system touchpoints
- Apply governance processes to change control and the system development life cycle, including regression testing to ensure system integrity
- Apply global governance to ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise-wide standards
Process Ownership & Improvement
- Own the setup and governance of consolidated, worldwide target processes
- Participate in global business process improvement committees as needed
- Drive innovation through continuous improvement and strategic thinking
Analysis & Requirements Management
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to evaluate information from multiple sources and regions
- Reconcile conflicts, abstract from low-level details to general understanding, and distinguish user requests from true needs

This Hybrid role must work on-site 3 days weekly at one of the following locations: Beachwood OH ;Galesburg MI ;Houston TX ; Menomonee Falls WI ; Moon Township PA ; Raleigh NC . Candidates must reside within 50 miles of designated location.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years experience within a large corporation IT Business related function.
• Expert level of system/platform expertise - fully demonstrated leading many full-life cycle projects
• 5+ years of Microsoft Azure Development Applications (App Services, Logic Apps, Functions, etc.) including Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate) Integration & API Management and .. API Development (experience in developing API connections) Data & Analytics.
• Completed Microsoft Certification in minimally one of the following: ( PL 900, AZ 900, AZ 204 (Azure Developer)
, PL 600 (Power Platform Developer).
• Must currently reside within 50 miles of posted locations(s). Relocation is not available for this role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Preferred MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of functional and technical capability including understanding of the core programming and database.
• SCM experience or Supplier.
• User experience optimization .
• Global Supplier Platform ( Tariff/ Data Analytics)
• Previous experience leading global IT projects.
• Experience in Supply Chain data in ERP, Planning and Project Management tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This position will often work with other business analysts, project managers and business teams on a regular basis.
• Good team-oriented interpersonal skills. Assists with facilitation sessions, may require some coaching on how to lead and influence others, and to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people.
• Good team player, self-motivated and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
