Job Summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking an Senior Specialist- AI Enablement & Adoption to join our Information Technology team as part of the Innovation value chain. This role will drive the enterprise-wide implementation and advancement of Co-pilot tools, agentic AI technologies, and the Microsoft AI framework.
This role will be responsible for the practical implementation and integration of advanced AI tools like MS365 and technologies within the organization. This role will work closely with the strategic AI team, business units, IT & Microsoft team to ensure that AI productivity tools are effectively deployed, integrated, and maintained to meet business objectives.
Additionally, this role will ensure effective communication with users, providing clear information and leading training sessions to equip users with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Acting as a technical training expert for AI/ML, tools like MS365 Copilot, digital twin, and other technologies, the AI Training and Development Lead will guide & lead these technologies through our IT innovation process.
This role reports into Director - IT, AI Advanced Tools and Systems and works closely with business leaders across enterprise.

Primary function:

• Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Define and communicate the product/tool vision, develop and maintain the product roadmap, and advance technology experiments considering feasibility and technical readiness.
• Work closely with business partners and customers to define epics, document activities, and communicate effectively with users about new technologies.
• Provide training sessions and support internal AI-related training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Evangelize new technologies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

Job Responsibilites

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot & Understanding of how to leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot for productivity and collaboration enhancements.
• Define and communicate the product/ tool vision, develop and maintain the product roadmap, and advance technology experiments considering feasibility, technical readiness, and opportunity at Eaton.
• Work closely with business partners and customers to define epics that align with key business objectives for the Scrum or Kanban team.
• Document activities, record findings, and share them within the team and among stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with users, providing clear and understandable information about new technologies.
• Provide training sessions to users, addressing queries and ensuring they are well-equipped to use the new technologies.

• Support and lead internal AI-tier related training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
• Monitor and understand the usage of the product, analyzing data to recommend increases or decreases in licenses based on business needs.
• Define user stories and provide the voice of the customer within product processes.
• Evangelize new and emerging technologies across the Eaton employee base, focusing on their value and applicability.
• Translate technical jargon into understandable learning opportunities and drive culture change toward a digital mindset.
• Support increased employee engagement by participating in the design and execution of crowdsourcing and hackathon events.
• Create and foster collaborations with educational institutes and colleges to work on projects and internships together.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to training effectiveness and technology adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement in training programs and technology adoption processes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support across different departments.
• Encourage innovation and creative problem-solving within the role.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain security standards when dealing with AI and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8-12+ years of experience, preferably in AI/ML or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale technology adoption and change management in a multinational environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 Copilot, agentic AI tools, and enterprise AI frameworks.

Skills

Proven experience in leading largescale adoption and implementation initiatives within a multi-national organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results
• Experience in developing and delivering communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization
• Knowledge of process development and the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Experience in user support, addressing queries, and providing ongoing assistance.
• Proficiency in using collaboration tools like Viva, Teams, and other platforms.
• Project management skills to coordinate training deployment and track progress.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and principles is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and paradigms such as generative AI, digital twins, simulation, and whatever comes next.
