What you'll do:
- 主导数据中心电力模块解决方案需求分析, 电气和结构设计, 制造工艺, 工程施工方案落地。包括低压成套设备选型、电气一次/二次原理图设计、系统拓扑架构规划及3D布局建模, 确保符合《GB 50174数据中心设计规范》《TIA-942标准》等要求。
- 精通供配电系统容量计算、短路分析及保护协调, 优化低压元器件 (断路器、接触器、继电器等) 选型方案, 制定设备选型技术规格书。
- 编制供配电系统设计指导方案, 监督高低压成套设备安装调试, 协调解决生产制造问题, 现场技术问题, 确保符合设计规范与施工进度。
- 支持参与设备故障分析与技术改造。
- 对接客户、设计院、销售, 及供应商, 协调设计评审, 设计变更, 样机试做, 型式实验, 项目现场施工验收, 输出工程图纸、技术文档及竣工资料。
- 建立供配电设计标准化体系, 编写技术规范与操作手册, 组织内部技术培训。

Qualifications:
- 电气工程、自动化、机械工程 (5-8年以上电气, 配电盘厂或者集成厂等结构开发经历) 相关专业统招本科及以上学历, 电气工程岗持有注册电气工程师 (供配电) 执业资格或高级职称优先。
- 5年以上大型数据中心或工业项目供配电设计经验, 主导过变压器容量≥2.5MW的供配电系统设计。
- 精通AutoCAD、ProE, SolidWorks, 等设计工具, 具备复杂系统3D布局, BIM能力。
- 深入掌握IEC/GB/T低压电器标准, 熟悉各大品牌元器件, 柜型结构, 技术特性。
- 具备项目管理能力 (PMP认证优先) , 能独立承担技术评审与决策, 适应阶段性出差 (25%) 。
- 具备较强技术文档撰写能力, 逻辑清晰, 擅长跨部门沟通与供应商管理。
