What you'll do:

Job Summary
The Sales AI Senior Analyst role will lead analysis, development, and support of technical AI solutions to meet requirements through standard IT processes, receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction. Work is reviewed at critical points.

Job Responsibilities
• Understands functional requirements and participates in development and delivery of quality code at the component level.
• Administers/manages technical systems per prescribed procedures .
• Technology specific development & testing using SDLC.
• Executes ITSM processes(Change, Request, Incident, Problem management) on technical IT systems at the component level " .

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business-related degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1+ years ( post graduation or internship) experience working in Data Analysis and/or IT business related projects .
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.
• Candidate must currently reside within 50 miles of Charlotte, North Carolina. Relocation is not available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MIS ( Management Information Systems) degree
• Motivated by a desire to nurture program success from inception to completion.
• Previous exposure to cross-functional counterparts (Sales, Finance, Legal, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations).
• Ability to take accountability and ownership - Ability to drive Ai and Data Analysis/integration project initiatives.

Skills:

• Programming experience in C++, Python, or other related programming languages,
• Ability to lead and work cross functionally. Ability to support program teams.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Strong analytical/problem solving.
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills. Define and communicate program vision.
• Effective people/interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and customer-care skills, including the ability to navigate in a matrix organization.
• Experience in financial sensitive analysis.
• Ability to perform project economic payback analysis.
• Understanding of competitors' strategies, technologies, and capabilities.
