The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

This position is responsible for managing significant global transformational programs and projects within Eaton's Global Controllership organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead large strategic projects and the development of global finance transformational initiatives and programs
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
• Develop and drive Change Management following leading industry methodologies
• Perform Vendor Management and contract negotiation reviews
• Develop effective communication strategies and lead communications with key stakeholders and senior executives globally, as required.
• Contribute to the development of project management playbooks, processes, and methodologies.
• Manage global financial projects using waterfall and agile methodologies and related tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Resolve project issues, including researching and recommending solutions for the design, development, and security on projects and processes.
• Establish project budgets, track spending and communicate financial results and forecasts
• Perform Risk Planning, Identification and Mitigation.
• Document and drive issues through resolution, escalating to management as necessary
• Develop project plans, detailing work breakdown structures, and critical path
• Ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables
• Champion project management methodologies, collaborating with other project managers to standardize and leverage best practices.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 8 years of varied accounting, information systems, finance, or shared services experience
• Minimum 6 years of strong, proven project management success, or success leading / championing major initiatives.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred qualifications:
• CPA/CMA/PMP preferred
• Executive Communications experience
• Business Relationship Management and Vendor Management experience
• Experience in continuous improvement, quality initiatives, value stream mapping.
• Experience leading control-based initiatives, in an Internal Audit function, or public accounting / assurance experience.
• ERP and Financial System implementation experience
• Manufacturing accounting knowledge .
