Senior Project Manager

What you'll do:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Weapons Carriage and Release offset programme into South Korea. This is a sizeable, multi-year strategic initiative that involves managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across international boundaries, ensuring compliance with offset obligations, and fostering strong relationships with South Korean partners and government entities.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping delivery strategy, driving execution, and ensuring sustained stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle of the programme. This role reports to the IPT lead (Senior Programme Manager) and will come with additional deputising activities alongside exposure to a range of senior stakeholders across the business. The portfolio will be defined in conjunction with internal stakeholders and local knowledge of staff from Eaton Global Supply Chain based in Seoul. The Knowledge Transfer Process (KTP) will be a key component of the offset projects, ensuring effective collaboration and capability development between Eaton and South Korean partners.

- Lead the planning and execution of the Weapons Carriage and Release offset programme, ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed multi-year project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, commercial, legal, and supply chain functions
- Manage relationships with South Korean stakeholders, including government bodies, industry partners, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with offset regulations and reporting requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with international delivery and cultural nuances
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on programme status, risks, and opportunities
- Support contract negotiations and offset agreement structuring
- Represent Eaton in South Korea as needed, including site visits and partner meetings
Qualifications:
- Degree or 5 years experience of managing projects through full lifecycles
- APM, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Background in defence, aerospace, or government contracting
- Experience with export control and compliance frameworks
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, ideally with at least 2 years in international or offset-related programmes
- Strong understanding of offset frameworks, particularly in defence or aerospace sectors
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across cultures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with South Korean partners or in APAC markets is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Ability to travel internationally as required
