What you'll do:
- Evaluate and implement VAVE chances/ideas to meet challenged target.
- Provide effective proposals for evaluating customers request in FR.
- Perform mechanical development in project, and ensure that design, cost, quality and schedule meet customer's requirement, and Lead other engineers in project.
- Evaluates primary design concept and provides proposal to make sure it meets the schedule and planned budget.
- Lead VAVE, FR projects, ETO, sustaining, evaluation, etc.
- Support manager to promote team members' capacity on technical and competency.
- Lead and perform mechanical development in project, working closely with R&D colleague (internal or GPL) &suppliers.
- Provides robust design with reliability and manufacturability, and meet cost & schedule
- Guide other team members in project and provide support in design review.
- Coordinate and communicate with other functions.
- Provide strong support to sales, customer and productions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years in mechanical design experience.
- Professional experience in design of sheet metal and plastic parts,and can use the software Creo,AutoCad etc. smoothly .
- Strong Leadership, Responsible and Proactive ,Good communication,Good logic .
