Senior Manager, M&A Integration

Eaton is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, M&A Integration. This role will include approximately 25% business travel.
What you'll do:
Eaton's Strategy & Corporate Development team is expanding its M&A Integration practice and is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to lead end-to-end integration efforts. This role will partner with business leaders and corporate functions to drive value creation through structured integration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A integrations from due diligence through post-close execution
- Develop and implement integration strategies aligned with business goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Ops) to ensure seamless transitions
- Manage Day 1 readiness, risk mitigation, and performance tracking
- Support divestiture planning and execution
- Mentor leaders on M&A best practices
This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader passionate about driving transformation and delivering results through M&A.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including in M&A integration, corporate development, or strategic project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience leading the cross-functional integration(s) of an acquired entity or entities into a larger organization.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience within or consulting within a multinational company.
- Big 4 or similar consulting experience with a focus on M&A integration a plus.
- Experience within manufacturing operations helpful.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $158250 - $232100 s a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
