Eaton Corporation has an opening for a Sr Manager Cloud Business Office. This person will report directly to the Vice President IT Cloud Transformation. This position can be based in any of our core locations (Beachwood OH, Raleigh NC, Houston TX, Moon Twp PA, Galesburg MI, Menomonee Falls WI), or possibly a remote location.

Position Overview:

The Sr Manager Cloud Business Office will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the cloud operating model for all non-technical activities related to cloud management. This includes delivery of robust and efficient FinOps, Service Catalog, Service Delivery and Management as well as product management for Azure, OCI, AWS, GCP and Alibaba. This person will also maintain effective and consistent customer service processes.

The Sr Manager will lead a team of 9 direct reports and be part of a vertically integrated team of over 60 employees, including leaders-of-people, and contractors that are distributed across Eaton's footprint. This person will also interface with Eaton operational leaders, vendor partners and information technology product teams across the enterprise.

Essential Functions:
• Develop cloud FinOps processes for optimization of cloud consumption, backlog of reporting and analytics requirements, development of reporting and analytics.
• Develop Cloud FinOps communications processes and partnership with IT and business cloud customer on opportunities for optimization, tracking and reporting of optimization success.
• Development of processes to establish, manage and continually improve the Cloud service catalog offerings, management of backlog of service catalog opportunities for Eaton IT and business partners.
• Establishment of ITIL4 service management practices to deliver enterprise class service capabilities to Eaton IT and business partners.
• Product management of service management practice development and application within Cloud internal service delivery
• Establish, manage, deliver and continually improve communication and review processes across our enterprise IT partner community.
• Manage relationships across Eaton enterprise IT and business community.
• Establish and manage processes for demand intake, prioritization, and delivery of work across the cloud team.
• Design, develop and deliver processes for continual and consistent knowledge management throughout the cloud team, ensuring all key stakeholders have easy access.
• Develop, deliver and manage processes tracking and sharing impact of cloud adoption throughout Eaton.
• Drive continuous improvement of cloud capability and its delivery to Eaton stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years Program Management, Lean/6Sigma and Process Improvement experience
• Strong understanding of service delivery and management processes and principles
• Experience leading and driving product and service transformation
• Strong understanding of central service budget management
• Expertise management business relationships and corresponding priorities
• Versed in cloud concepts and capabilities
• Experience and/or training in ITIL4 and service management practices
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Education:
• An undergraduate degree is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $158249.97 - $232099.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
