Senior HR Manager - Global Integrated Operations, Aerospace Group
Eaton's Aerospace Group is seeking a Senior HR Manager to support our Global Integrated Operations. The preferred location for this position is our location in Beachwood, OH but could be based in one of our Eaton locations in Michigan including Southfield, Jackson, or Grand Rapids. Relocation assistance is available to Beachwood, OH only. Travel is expected to be up to 25%.
Eaton's Aerospace Group is a $3B+ business spanning 38 manufacturing facilities across 9 countries. This role will shape and execute HR strategies that enhance business performance, foster employee engagement, and strengthen cultural alignment. This person will play a pivotal role in the multi-year initiative currently underway transforming the operations within our 4 divisions.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
• Serve as a key member of the Aerospace HR leadership team, partnering with division HR Directors and HR COE leaders to align HR programs with both short- and long-term business objectives.

• Lead HR efforts for the Operating for Growth enterprise initiative, including communication and change management, organizational design, and HR project execution.
• Coach and influence leaders to elevate performance, enhance leadership effectiveness, and cultivate a culture of trust, accountability, and excellence.
• Drive organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes: acquisition, assessment, development, succession planning, and retention.
• Facilitate talent reviews to assess pipeline strength, identify focus areas, and implement targeted actions.
• Aerospace leader for operations, supply chain early talent programs.
• Leverage workforce analytics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions aligned with business needs.
• Champion positive employee relations and foster an inclusive, high-performing work environment.
• Promote and embed the Eaton Business System across the division.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of HR or Eaton Operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on plant leadership team.

Preferred:
• Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA from an accredited institution
• Experience leading global teams.
