Senior Engineer - Industrial Engineering

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Industrial Engineering Knowledge in the area of Auto CAD, Lean Process Flow & layout and Capacity Planning, Process Failure Mode Effective Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and VSM activities.
• Establishment of Standard Work time Development.
• Also Support of Existing Production Line
• Industrial Engineering : Hands on Experience in Time and Motion Study and Familar in Lean Manufacturing, Single piece Flow, Value Stream Mapping and Six sigma Process Flow and PFMEA building and Auto CAD and Solid Works
• Also support to production, Quality requirements and regularity requirements.
• Ensure Safety requirements.
• Supports Eaton initiative programs on MESH & CI.
• Coordinate team for ISO audit.
• Plan periodic training to upskill the technicien and suborodinates & map the skill competency matrix.
• Ensure to maintain safe working machines and condition of New machines and all projects.
• Strong Knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing process and Project management methodologies and Lean Manufacturing technology.

• Education - BE/BTech (Mechanical, EEE & IE)
• Experience - 6 -12 Years - and Industrial Engineering and Projects

• Time and Motion studies, Labor standards, and Capacity models
• Design and implement facility layouts, workstations, and material flow systems to optimize space and reduce waste, Lean Manufacturing,VSM and Six sigma DOE
• Presenting Skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Planning and analytical ability and man management skills
• Good communicator of both written and verbal information
• CAD Tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, LineDesigner)
