What you'll do:
"1,Exhibits expertise in product design and validation skills, to make sure all developing products well managed under quality control and product performance had been verified before launching.
2,Exhibits expertise on managing the design review with different function experts. Work with project team to build robust product;
3,Coordinate with team to enhance DFSS tool application in NPD with quality."
"1,Manage the technical review meeting in new product development process, lead experts to recognize the design risk, shorten the TTM and saving the cost;
2,Evaluate DFSS tool application in NPD and drive the toop application effective and quality improvement;
3,Grasp the international/GB standard content, grasp the design guide and test guide requirements, monitor the new trend and make sure product can fully comply the standard;

4,Plan improvement proposal to improve design quality through acknowledge the application environment, lesson learned etc.;
5,Analyze application environment. Assess validation method to improve process and tools;
6,Approval design verification and validation report during the product development stages;
7,Requires the ability to Identifie quality issues which could negatively impact program deliverables and initiates appropriate corrective action;
8,Analyze the design and validate process, perfect the design prpcess and test method suitable and feasible."
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor degree in Electrical related expertise
"5 years experiences in hardware design engineer, system engineer, design quality control engineer and/or 3 years experiences on the leader of hardware design, system design and qualification/quality position;
Skills:
Experience with New product introductions at global contract manufactures;"
Technical background, experience in engineering for power products preferred;
"Effective oral and written communication skills
90% English proficiency preferred"
