What you'll do:
- Take fully charge of the engineering design work of the oil-immersed transformer project.
- Based on industry technologies and actual needs of the project, conduct in-depth technical optimization of oil-immersed transformer products to ensure the product meeting market demands and industry standards.
- Closely align with market demands, actively respond to and deeply participate in the early bidding process for end users, as well as the technical communication and confirmation work during the bidding stage. Specifically, it includes precisely controlling technical parameters and technical conditions, being responsible for the efficient production and strict confirmation of product submission drawings, secondary wiring diagrams, and nameplate diagrams, providing solid technical support for the project's progress.
- Support market expansion. Analyze quality issues, provide technical clarifications promptly, and offer comprehensive technical support for after-sales work.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Collaborate with sales and production teams to achieve departmental and corporate goals.

Qualifications:
- Above bachelor's degree in electrical automation, mechatronics, industrial automation, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in designing 35KV and lower oil-immersed transformers, with in - depth product knowledge.
- Familiar with oil-immersed transformer standards and theory. Capable of independently formulating technical solutions, designing engineering drawings, providing on-site production guidance, and creating installation - site technical plans. Knowledgeable about local power supply and distribution system operations and relevant standards.
- Proficient in CAD, Word, Excel, and Solidworks software.
- Strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, along with good communication and teamwork skills.
